Johnston-Vermette has worked for over 20 years on the African continent through Johnston-Vermette International (also known under the name of OPTEC Energy-Services, its subsidiary responsible for international activities). Recognized overseas for the quality of its engineering consulting services, the company has various experiences in over 25 countries including Botswana, Burkina Faso, Mauritania, Uganda, Liberia, Madagascar, the Republic of Congo, DRC and Nigeria. It has also carried out various missions in Algeria and Haiti in the area of the regulation of public services.
